I decided to make a small tied quilt for my grandson before he was born. Luckily I gave myself lots of time since it was the first quilt I ever tried. It was a very easy pattern that I got from a wonderful, helpful website that I frequent http://everythingsewingforum.net/index.php the only problem was that I decided to use flannel and fleece and fleece is very stretchy when you sew it.
